Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Galway Bay, the Salthill Hotel is one of Galway's most established and respected hotels, known for warm hospitality, quality dining, and exceptional guest experiences.

We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Bar & Lounge Manager to join our Food & Beverage team.

Reporting to the Bar Manager, the Assistant Bar & Lounge Manager will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the hotel's bar and lounge, ensuring high standards of service, team leadership, and guest satisfaction at all times.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong hospitality experience who enjoys leading by example in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
