Unilin Panels is seeking an Area Sales Manager based in Ireland (Dublin or Northern Ireland) to grow our volumes in the region. You will manage a distributor network, visit customers, train sales teams, and bring added-value solutions to life.

You’ll analyze sales figures, collaborate with internal teams, and stay ahead of market trends. Occasional travel to Belgium HQ is required; home working is combined with field visits.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience in building materials or wood-based panels.
• Entrepreneurial, customer oriented with strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze sales results.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop a portfolio of distributors and industry customers.
• Visit customers and prospects regularly, train their sales teams, and build lasting relationships.
• Promote products and novelties with a focus on added-value solutions.
• Analyze volume, turnover and gross earnings to grow market share.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to tailor solutions for customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitors and report to the Country Manager UK/Ireland.
