Diligent is seeking a Business Development Representative I (BDR I) in Galway, Ireland, to help grow outbound pipeline and act as a brand ambassador for Diligent’s GRC SaaS solutions. The role focuses on prospecting, engaging potential clients, and delivering value through informed product knowledge.

The BDR I will excel in communicating product value, working with senior executives, and meeting aggressive outbound targets within a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Arabic language proficiency is essential.
• Strong passion for working in a sales-focused, target-driven environment.
• Solid understanding of the sales process, including marketing, prospecting, cold calling, and managing the sales cycle.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate the product’s unique value proposition and quickly gain in-depth product knowledge.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a track record of engaging and influencing senior-level executives.
• High energy, with a positive and can-do attitude that drives success.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate expertise at using lead generation tools to extract contacts and create lists of prospects.
• Conduct sales development activities via email, phone, and social channels.
• Qualify decision-makers with targeted questions and map opportunities.
• Build interest and influence new prospects to create opportunities.
• Schedule meetings/demonstrations and log activities in CRM.
• Meet or exceed targets and KPIs as defined by the business.
