Job summary

State Street Corporation (Charles River Development) seeks an Associate FIX Analyst to streamline algorithmic interface creation and certification across asset classes. You will act as a Level 2 FIX SME, collaborating with CRD Product to deploy automation and resolve complex issues in production.

You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery, testing, go-live, and ongoing enhancements while maintaining accurate documentation and strong client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 0–2 years of professional experience; Python/SQL/VBA helpful.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; trading system knowledge preferred.
• FIX experience preferred; strong troubleshooting aptitude.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Create and certify algorithmic interfaces across asset classes.
• Serve as Level 2 support for L1 FIX Network Support team.
• Collaborate with CRD Product on bugs, enhancements, and automation.
• Coordinate with clients, Charles River colleagues, and vendors on design, testing, go-live and onboarding.
• Maintain service documentation and handle routine issue resolution.
