Job summary

State Street is seeking a Systems Analyst to support the upgrade and ongoing enhancement of host CRIMS environments for our clients. You will analyse environments, assess upgrade readiness, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate across client technology teams, internal engineering, DBAs, and infrastructure groups to ensure smooth delivery and stable operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for enterprise systems.
Experience with application upgrades, deployments, migrations, or releases.
Experience with cloud-hosted environments and ITIL/Change Management concepts.

Responsibilities

Support planning and execution of CRIMS platform upgrades across client environments.
Analyse configurations, dependencies and environment readiness for upgrades.
Support testing, UAT, production cutover and post-upgrade validation activities.
Investigate and troubleshoot issues across application, database, and integration layers.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
Coordinate with engineering, operations, and client teams to ensure smooth upgrades.
