Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Approximately 3–7 years of systems analysis or production support experience.
• Experience with enterprise applications and complex production environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute CRIMS platform upgrades across client environments.
• Analyse configurations, dependencies, and readiness for upgrades.
• Support testing, UAT, cutover, and post-upgrade validation activities.
