Job summary

Brock Solutions is seeking a Software Support Specialist to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. You will be the onsite first contact for SmartSuite incidents at airports, quickly triaging hardware and software issues across a large terminal network.

The role includes global coverage responsibilities with local and remote case handling, and a 7:00 AM–11:00 PM GMT onsite rotation, with occasional overnight and weekend shifts. New grads welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Analysis, CS, Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of Windows Servers and high availability technologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL Server, Azure and web services helps.

Responsibilities

• Work onsite at airports as the first contact for SmartSuite incidents.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues across a network of workstations and peripherals.
• Develop airport domain knowledge to triage software issues.
• Serve as a trusted contact, handle service tickets and monthly reviews.
• Support local and remote cases within a global coverage model.
• Shift coverage from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM GMT, with occasional overnight/weekend rotations.
