Job summary

Brock Solutions in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a Software Support Specialist to join our team of experienced professionals based in Dublin, Ireland.

You will be the first point of contact for SmartSuite incidents, quickly troubleshooting hardware issues across a vast network of workstations, scanners and other peripherals. You will become a SmartSuite product specialist, triaging software issues and supporting airport operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Analyst, Computer Science, Engineering or related Field.
• Knowledge in Windows Servers, clustering, Web Servers/Web Services, Android, Microsoft SQL Server, Azure or other cloud hosting solutions, basic networking, and MDM.
• Airport IT experience or field services is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work onsite at airports, representing Brock Solutions as the first point of contact for SmartSuite technical incidents.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues across a large network of workstations, scanners and peripheral devices.
• Become a SmartSuite product specialist, acquiring airport domain, field operations and application knowledge to triage software issues.
• Serve as a visible, trusted contact for customers; manage service tickets, present monthly reviews, and engage with the airport community.
• Handle local and remote cases as part of Brock Solutions' global coverage support model.
• Shift rotation from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM GMT on-site, with possible adjustments for overnight and weekend coverage.
