Job summary

Flexsource is recruiting an Air Freight Clerk for a leading logistics and freight forwarding client based in North Dublin. You will support the operations team, coordinating air shipments, handling documentation and liaising with customers and airlines to ensure timely updates.

The role requires strong administration, great communication skills and fluency in English. Training is provided and there are clear career progression opportunities within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous administration, customer service or logistics experience desirable.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.

• Assist with the coordination of air freight shipments from origin to destination.
• Prepare, review and process shipping documentation.
• Liaise with customers, airlines, customs agents and internal departments.
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and operational data.

• Assist in resolving operational issues and customer queries.

Flexsource are currently recruiting for an Air Freight Clerk on behalf of our Client, a leading global logistics and freight forwarding company based in North Dublin.

Due to continued growth, our Client is seeking an Air Freight Clerk to join their expanding Operations Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated candidate looking to start or develop a career within the logistics and freight forwarding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the coordination of air freight shipments from origin to destination
• Prepare, review and process shipping documentation
• Liaise with customers, airlines, customs agents and internal departments
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers
• Maintain accurate shipment records and operational data
• Support the Air Freight Team with daily administrative duties
• Assist in resolving operational issues and customer queries
• Ensure a high level of customer service at all times

Key Requirements:

• Previous administration, customer service or logistics experience is desirable

Benefits:

• Competitive Salary - €38,000 per year
• 12 hours shifts 08:00-20:00
• 2 week shift cycle:
  • Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
  • Week 2 – Wednesday & Thursday
