Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments. You will join a delivery team, partner with a Deployment Strategist, and drive production deployments from day one.

The role demands 3+ years of software engineering, a CS degree, and hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and data integration. You will travel up to 25% and work directly with customers to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience is required.
• Fluent in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java or Apex.
• Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Able to explain why a prompt failed and what you would change.
• Strong data modeling, APIs and integration knowledge.
• Willing to travel up to 25% to work with customers.
• Greek native speaker with English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop agentic AI solutions inside customer environments.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategist to co-build live deployments.
• Design agent intelligence and integrate with client systems.
• Own end-to-end technical components from architecture to production.
• Share best practices and enablement with customers and partners.
• Capture field insights to feed product feedback and improvements.
• Travel to customer sites as required.
