Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers — experienced Technical Builders who design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments. You'll work with a Deployment Strategist to co-build production deployments from day one.

You’ll ship real code across integrations, data pipelines, and dashboards, with a focus on measurable business outcomes. The role requires 3+ years of delivery experience and a customer-facing mindset, plus willingness to travel ~25%.

Qualifications

3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside customer environments.
Collaborate with Deployment Strategist to deliver production-grade deployments.
Own components end-to-end from architecture to production.
Ship AI agents and data pipelines across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks.
Create KPI dashboards and reliability metrics for deployments.
Translate customer challenges into actionable agentic solutions.
Partner with customers and sales teams to ensure adoption.
