Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments. You’ll work with a Deployment Strategist to ship production-ready AI capabilities, spanning configuration, customization, and full-stack deployments for large strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience including a production system you can discuss.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Fluent in English plus Dutch or German.
• Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering; can explain prompt failures and fixes.
• Experience with APIs, data modeling, and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents and experiences that translate customer needs into real deployments.
• Design agent intelligence including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integration with customer systems.
• Own end-to-end technical components from architecture through deployment and observability.
• Build and maintain data pipelines across data platforms and customer data systems.
• Collaborate with customers and partners to share best practices and enablement.
