Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments. You'll work as part of a delivery team with a Deployment Strategist to co-build production-ready solutions from day one.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, with at least one production system to discuss.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Fluent in English plus another EMEA language.
• Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex and able to expand skill set.

Responsibilities

• Design agent intelligence, prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integration with customer systems.
• Own technical components end-to-end from architecture to production.
• Build and maintain data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategist and customers to deploy agentic AI solutions.
