Job summary

Salesforce in Dublin is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise customer environments.

You will join a delivery pod with a Deployment Strategist, owning real components end-to-end, building data pipelines, and shipping production-ready solutions that deliver measurable business impact for large customers. Willingness to travel ~25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, with at least one production system you'd be proud to walk us through.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or German also valued.
• Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering; able to reason about prompts and failures.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Develop agentic AI solutions deployed in customer environments.
• Design prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integration with customer systems.
• Own components end-to-end from architecture to production.
• Build data pipelines on platforms like Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks.
• Create dashboards and KPI reporting for deployment health.
• Contribute to proofs-of-concept and MVPs for rapid deployments.
• Collaborate with customers and partners, sharing best practices.
• Provide feedback to product teams based on field insights.
