Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Systems Technologist to embed AI into our customer support operations. You will own AI logic, custom tools, and integrations that empower agents and improve customer experience—from chatbot flows to internal automations.

You'll collaborate with product and engineering while staying rooted in operations, delivering production-ready solutions with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience building or configuring AI-powered features in production.
• Fluent with modern AI coding tools and judgment for production readiness.
• Strong grasp of REST APIs, Webhooks, and JSON including OAuth/API keys.
• Experience administering or developing for Zendesk (Support/Guide/App Framework).
• Ability to configure chatbot logic and API integrations within chat flows.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Zendesk Apps for agent-facing data visibility.
• Own AI chatbot configuration, API scripting, and conversation flow design.
• Integrate support tools with internal systems (Slack, Jira) using low-code or scripting.
• Ensure data flows between frontend and backend services and ship reliable solutions.
• Translate ops needs into technical requirements and API specs for engineers.
