Job summary

OpenAI Ireland Ltd. is seeking an experienced User Operations professional to directly engage with customers, troubleshoot complex issues, and educate on platform usage. You will partner with cross-functional teams to reduce bugs, improve features, and scale internal processes within a high-growth environment.

The role offers a hybrid work model (3 days in office per week) with relocation assistance for new hires. A strong background in SaaS operations and scripting to automate tasks is ideal.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in user operations, technical support, or support engineering roles.
• Expert-level SaaS troubleshooting skills to rapidly understand new tech and complex concepts.
• Comfort with emerging technologies to script or engineer code for automation and tool integration.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers through support tickets and Slack to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Be an expert on OpenAI products and guide customers even when AI lacks a ready answer.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and GTM teams to resolve issues and scale solutions.
