Job summary

ModSquad is seeking a Solutions Engineer to lead end-to-end implementation engagements, confidently configuring platforms and integrating systems, while introducing AI-powered workflows. You will own client relationships from discovery through delivery, ensuring outcomes beyond simple support.

Qualifications

3–5 years delivering SaaS implementations for clients.
Experience with CX platforms (Zendesk/Zoom Contact Center) and automation tools.
Hands-on API, JSON, and systems integration knowledge.
Experience building AI-powered workflows for business processes.

Responsibilities

Lead client engagements from discovery to delivery and outcome.
Design and build solutions across partner ecosystem, including configurations and integrations.
Translate client needs into technical specs with architects and specialists.
Build and deploy AI-powered workflows to automate operations.
Document implementations with guides and diagrams for reuse.
Manage issues and escalations with a systems mindset.
Support pre-sales conversations with technical perspective.
