We are Arbitr, an ASX-listed, global company reinventing itself for a new era. Founded in 1999 and built across offices in the USA, Japan, Europe and New Zealand, we're not chasing hype. We're an established business moving with speed, ambition and AI-native mindset of a company just getting started.
Arbitr is the AI Context platform that governs business intelligence. Our marketing team is small and has one goal: winning new customers. We have big pipeline targets, and we won't hit them by adding headcount. We'll hit them by building and managing autonomous marketing agents. We're looking for someone to lead them.
You will be the agent boss. Agents handle the heavy lifting: account research, competitor monitoring, content drafts, data synthesis and experiment variations. You own the strategy, the taste and the final call. Nothing goes to market without your sign-off.
Our Marketing Ops team already runs the website, SEO, tech stack and CRM. You'll build on that and turn it into campaigns and pipeline from day one. You'll report directly to our CMO.
Bonus points for: experience with a CRM and marketing automation platform, marketing technical or data products to enterprise buyers, and work across US and EMEA/UK markets.
Our values are simple: Better everyday. Own it with action. Fast and focused. Evidence over hype. If that sounds like you, we'd like to hear from you.
