Job summary

CPL in Dublin 2 is seeking an Ad Sales Account Manager to lead a portfolio of SMB clients with AI-powered digital advertising solutions. This onsite role focuses on consultative sales, relationship management and driving revenue in a fast-paced environment.

You will engage clients via calls, email, and meetings, identify opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to optimise campaigns and forecast accurately. 12-month contract with potential extension.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales or account management.
• Outbound calls and proactive management of customer relationships.
• Background in digital advertising, SaaS, technology, media, or platform-based sales desirable.
• Fluent English (C1 or above).
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB clients to drive revenue and customer success.
• Build relationships through consultative sales and proactive account management.
• Engage customers via outbound calls, email and virtual meetings to identify opportunities.
• Recommend AI-powered advertising solutions based on client goals.
• Support campaigns through optimisation, reviews and strategic recommendations.
• Maintain sales pipeline using CRM with accurate forecasting.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
