Job summary

Millennium Management LLC in Dublin seeks an AI Support Engineer to be the first line of response for AI platform issues and to monitor and improve incident management across the firm’s AI services.

You will work with OpenAI/Anthropic models, build and optimize monitoring, and collaborate with QA and Engineering to raise reliability and adoption of AI tools. A strong background in Python/Java, Kubernetes, Linux, and DevOps pipelines is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting AI platforms such as OpenAI and Anthropic.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills with AI domain expertise.
• Proficiency in Python or Java and FastAPI-based services.
• Experience with Linux, container runtimes, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and incident-management processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of response for AI platform issues across the firm.
• Instrument, maintain, and improve monitoring and alerting for AI services.
• Implement and strengthen incident management and postmortems.
• Resolve complex technical issues end to end with strong troubleshooting.
• Escalate issues to engineering with clear context and follow-through.
• Author and maintain support processes, documentation, and guides.
• Partner with QA and Engineering to improve AI services' quality and adoption.
• Contribute to global follow-the-sun on-call rotation and continuous improvement.
