Job summary

Millennium in Ireland seeks an IT operations professional to support our AI platforms, including OpenAI and other model services. You will respond to incidents, monitor services, and help ensure reliability across our global infrastructure.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with Python or Java, FastAPI, Kubernetes, and DevOps release pipelines. You will join a fast-moving, collaborative team committed to innovation and rigorous risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting AI platforms and model vendors.
• Hands-on work with retrieval-augmented generation.
• Experience with AI monitoring and incident response.
• Proficiency in Python or Java and scripting for debugging.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first line of response for customer and application issues on AI platforms.
• Instrument, maintain, and improve monitoring and alerting for AI services.
• Develop and improve incident management and postmortems.
• Troubleshoot complex issues end to end using AI domain expertise.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve AI service quality and adoption.
• Contribute to on-call rotation and on-call runbooks.
