Millennium is seeking an Application Support Engineer in Ireland to provide day-to-day support for multiple systems within MLP, delivering hands-on operational support to improve software delivery and user experience.

You will support projects end-to-end across Middle Office and Operations systems, drive automation and AI tooling adoption, and lead onboarding initiatives across the team’s platform environment. A strong technical background and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in a technical support role within financial services or investment management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a consistent, organized approach to execution.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with AWS cloud technologies and AI tooling is a plus.
