Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is building an AI-first Intercom helpdesk ecosystem. The PMM role leads PMM for the Intercom helpdesk, loved by over 30k customers, shaping how we market AI-enabled capabilities and positioning Fin as the go-to for AI-driven support.

You’ll work with product, engineering, sales leadership, and the broader marketing team to drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline, talking to 25,000+ Intercom users and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product marketing.
• Owned a core product area end-to-end.
• Experience in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Shape the ICP and audience for the Intercom helpdesk and additional products for teams.
• Own core messaging and drive cross-functional alignment across channels.
• Define and build the external narrative for the AI-first Helpdesk and bring it to market.
• Partner with Product, GTM and Lifecycle on communicating product investments to existing customers.
• Create high-quality PMM assets: web pages, decks, narratives and scripts.
