This role is an engineering management position for product teams building AI-powered customer experiences, requiring exceptional leadership, product instincts, and the ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-paced startup

Qualifications

• Exceptional people leader with a strong product sense.
• Comfortable operating in early product formation and ambiguity.
• Able to influence direction with partners and stakeholders.
• Experience shaping and guiding product engineering initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own strategically significant work streams end-to-end.
• Be accountable for outcomes, not just delivery cadence.
• Manage from the front line with deep product understanding and customer context.
• Shape teams in ambiguous spaces and partner closely with Product.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Sales, and ML engineers/scientists.
• Build a seamless customer experience across sales, ecommerce, support and success.
• Mentor and accelerate engineers into leadership roles.
• Align with Engineering leadership on group strategy and investments.
