Job summary

Fin in Dublin seeks a seasoned Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to shape the Intercom helpdesk narrative and market AI-first capabilities to 30k+ users. You will partner with product, engineering, sales and marketing to craft positioning and launch plans that resonate with B2B buyers.

This hybrid role emphasizes fast iteration, strong storytelling, and technical curiosity about AI. You will own messaging, enablement, and go-to-market moments that drive pipeline and customer retention.

Qualifications

5+ years in product marketing, ideally in B2B with market-shaping experience.
You’ve owned a core product area end-to-end from ICP to launches and enablement.
Experience in fast-moving environments with rapid product shipping is a plus.

Responsibilities

Define ICP and audience for Intercom helpdesk and related products.
Own core messaging and ensure consistency across assets.
Define and build external narrative for AI-first Helpdesk and bring to market.
Collaborate with Product, GTM and Lifecycle to translate roadmap momentum into customer confidence.
Create high-impact enablement assets for sales and customer success.
Partner with support teams to translate customer signals into messaging.
