Job summary

Wayflyer is seeking an AI-native RevOps professional to own and optimize revenue systems across Sales, CS and Finance. You’ll build data-driven automations, AI-native workflows, and cross-functional processes that scale with growth.

With 3+ years in RevOps or related fields, you’ll translate complex requirements into robust, measurable improvements while collaborating across global teams. Hybrid Dublin/London role with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in RevOps, MarOps, consulting or similar.
• AI-native builder with strong business acumen.
• Analytical thinker with data-driven problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and improve systems and integrations for Sales and CS.
• Develop AI-native workflows and agents that augment Revenue orgs.
• Use self-sourced data to diagnose issues, measure KPI impact and iterate.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing and Finance to turn requirements into scalable solutions.
• Maintain data hygiene and design processes that scale without headcount growth.
