Job summary

Wayflyer is seeking a hands-on Automation & Ops professional to untangle recurring problems across Underwriting, Product and Sales. You will own end-to-end automations and cross-functional programs, collaborating with teams globally to deliver scalable improvements.

You’ll use SQL and Python to build data-driven solutions, work with Jira, HubSpot, Pipedream and Tines, and help shape the team's roadmap. Hybrid Dublin office with inclusive culture and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on SQL experience and data-driven problem solving.
• Knowledge of Python or another scripting language.
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude) and automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Root-cause recurring problems, define KPIs, and analyze self-sourced data for leadership.
• Build end-to-end automations across Jira, HubSpot, Pipedream, Tines, and Scriptrunner.
• Lead cross-functional projects and manage dependencies with Underwriting, Product & Engineering, and Sales globally.
• Identify inefficiencies spanning multiple business units and help shape the team roadmap.
• Build the AI layer on top of workflows to triage tickets and speed routing using tools like Claude and Tines AI actions.
