Job summary

Genesys is seeking a senior product leader to shape the Platform Foundations for Genesys Cloud. You will drive API usage visibility, platform limits, storage transparency, and CI/CD deployment workflows at scale, partnering with engineering, UX, finance, and go-to-market teams.

You’ll translate complex technical systems into intuitive experiences for customers and developers, steering autonomous administration and proactive guidance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, developer platforms, infrastructure, APIs, DevOps tooling, AI-powered products, or large-scale B2B products.
• Proven track record delivering complex technical products across cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with customer insights, market trends, and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for Platform Foundations experiences across API usage, platform limits, storage reporting, configuration management, self-service tooling, and operational controls.
• Lead self-service experiences that improve transparency and reduce manual intervention for Genesys Cloud.
• Build intelligent platform experiences to identify usage patterns, prevent disruptions and optimize consumption.
• Develop AI-powered operational guidance to automate routine actions and improve efficiency.
• Drive API usage visibility, reporting, and change management for customers, partners, developers, and internal teams.
• Lead CI/CD deployment workflow improvements for repeatable, DevOps-aligned administration.
• Define platform storage reporting and transparency capabilities for governance and cost awareness.
• Drive consistent platform patterns across a distributed microservices architecture.
• Engage with strategic customers, partners, field teams, and success orgs to validate needs and accelerate adoption.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, UX, marketing, finance, legal, and GTM teams.
