Job summary

Xtremepush Limited in Dublin is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to support the Financial Controller across five legal entities. The role covers financial accounting, credit control, month-end close, reporting and finance operations in a hands-on, proactive manner.

You will own key processes, contribute to robust controls, and drive automation and AI-enabled improvements to increase efficiency as the business scales. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in the Dublin office.

Qualifications

4-6+ years’ experience in finance, accounting, credit control, finance operations or a similar role.
Accounting technician qualification (ATI/IATI) or part-qualification (ACCA/CIMA) is beneficial.
Strong understanding of core accounting principles and finance processes.
Experience with month-end close, reconciliations and journals.
Proven experience managing credit control / accounts receivable and driving cash collection.

Responsibilities

Support the Financial Controller across day-to-day Finance function and the Group’s five entities.
Own key finance processes including month-end close, reconciliations, journals, AP/AR and intercompany transactions.
Prepare financial reports, KPIs and cash-flow forecasts for timely information.
Assist audit preparation, VAT returns and other statutory requirements.
Drive process improvements and use AI/automation to enhance efficiency.
