Job summary

OpenAI in Dublin/London hybrid is seeking an Enablement Lead, Knowledge Work. You will design and deliver enablement experiences that support a repeatable adoption framework across OpenAI’s product suite, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents, partnering with sales and technical teams to drive sustained usage.

You will lead live workshops, act as SME across product areas, and translate customer feedback into measurable value for enterprise teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in customer-facing enablement or instructional roles.
• Experience presenting to C-level, business and technical audiences.
• Strong product fluency across ChatGPT and Agents.
• Ability design learning journeys and live sessions.
• Experience in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Own enablement of OpenAI products including ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents.
• Serve as SME for designated product areas.
• Lead customer enablement across the full lifecycle.
• Design and deliver high-impact engagements and workshops.
• Drive activation and measurable business value.
• Partner with Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery Leads.
• Develop reusable training assets and best practices.
• Gather customer feedback to inform product and program improvements.
