Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a driven sales executive to own the end-to-end SMB sales process, selling AI-powered marketing solutions and services in Ireland. You will expand existing accounts and win new business by communicating the value of AI and automation to customers.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI transformation narratives, build a strong pipeline, and forecast revenue while maintaining relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire sales process to deliver against KPIs, focusing on new business and expanding accounts via AI-led solutions.
• Position Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein AI, Agentforce, Marketing Cloud) to modernise marketing with ROI.
• Drive pipeline via outbound prospecting, targeted emails, and market intelligence with the Business Development Manager.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to over-achieve in designated market sectors.
• Engage prospects with value-based selling, ROI analysis, case studies, and analyst insights.
• Coordinate with Core Sales, AI Solution Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, and Partners to deliver AI transformation narratives.
• Maintain accurate customer and pipeline data in Salesforce daily; deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue forecasts.
• Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement, face-to-face meetings, and ongoing education on Salesforce AI roadmap.
