Qualifications

• Experience designing, building, and operating large-scale cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.
• Strong software engineering discipline applied to infrastructure and automation.
• Ability to define metrics, observe systems, and drive reliable, scalable platforms.

Responsibilities

• Automate infrastructure and toil, turning operations into software problems.
• Drive architectural evolution of Fin’s core infra platforms.
• Own reliability and incident response for critical services.
• Tackle end-to-end issues by tracing problems into the application layer when needed.
• Scale expertise through reusable agent skills and tooling.
• Lead complex initiatives from design through production with accountability.
