Job summary

Fin, part of Salesforce, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build backend and frontend systems in a multidisciplinary team. You’ll work on scalable SaaS platforms, write Ruby code, and integrate AWS infrastructure while collaborating with designers, product managers, researchers, and data analysts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in SaaS products.
• Experience collaborating with product teams and designers to deliver customer value.
• Experience with distributed systems and scalable architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical plans and contribute to our architecture as we scale.
• Write Ruby code integrating AWS, infrastructure, and SaaS components.
• Ship production changes on day one and multiple deployments daily.
• Mentor engineers and interview candidates to grow the team.
