The role requires fluency in AI-enabled marketing, rapid testing, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data-driven growth programs across paid social, search and digital channels.
• Ability to leverage AI for rapid experimentation, measurement, and optimization.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, analytics and creative teams.
• Track record of delivering ROAS, ROI and scalable CAC/LTV improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end paid social and digital campaigns to scale acquisition, engagement and revenue.
• Analyse campaign performance and optimize spend using AI-enabled insights.
• Lead budget forecasting and channel allocation to hit growth targets.
• Collaborate with analytics and martech to build measurement frameworks and attribution models.
