Omnissa is looking for a highly strategic and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager, EMEA (Demand Generation & Digital Growth) to accelerate pipeline growth through innovative digital marketing strategies. This role will be responsible for identifying, testing, and scaling new digital channels and acquisition opportunities that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline across the EMEA region.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about where B2B marketing is heading—not just where it has been. The ideal candidate understands how buyer behaviour is evolving, including AI-driven discovery, dark funnel influence, and modern digital research patterns. They will help Omnissa stay ahead of emerging trends while delivering measurable business impact.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that increase awareness, engagement, and pipeline across EMEA.
Identify, evaluate, and scale emerging digital channels and acquisition opportunities beyond traditional paid search and social.
Continuously test new platforms, tactics, and technologies using a structured experimentation framework.
Monitor evolving buyer behaviour and recommend strategies to reach prospects earlier in their decision-making journey.
Design and optimize digital programs focused on acquiring net-new customers and expanding Omnissa’s addressable market.
Partner with regional marketing, BDR, sales, and campaign teams to deliver integrated acquisition programs.
Optimize conversion across the full digital customer journey, from anonymous visitor to marketing qualified lead.
Leverage first-party intent, behavioral data, and audience insights to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness.
Develop strategies that improve Omnissa’s visibility across AI-powered research experiences and emerging search platforms.
Understand how prospects increasingly use generative AI tools during vendor research and buying decisions, and adapt digital strategies accordingly.
Recommend content and digital optimization approaches that improve discoverability across both traditional search engines and AI-assisted discovery experiences.
Stay current on emerging trends in AI search, answer engines, and changing search engine algorithms.
Understand and measure the influence of dark funnel activity, including peer communities, private sharing, podcasts, newsletters, influencer content, and AI-assisted research.
Partner with content, brand, and communications teams to ensure Omnissa is present where buyers conduct independent research.
Recommend measurement frameworks that combine attribution data with broader signals such as brand search, direct traffic, engagement, and intent data.
Manage campaign performance across digital channels, continually optimizing based on data and insights.
Communicate performance, learnings, and recommendations
Define KPIs and success metrics aligned to pipeline generation and revenue outcomes.
Partner closely with marketing operations to ensure accurate measurement and attribution.
Work closely with Global Digital Marketing, Regional Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Content, and Marketing Operations teams.
Share best practices and insights across regions while adapting strategies for EMEA market requirements.
Influence digital marketing strategy through thought leadership and continuous innovation.
Demonstrated success driving new logo acquisition through digital marketing.
Experience developing and scaling multi-channel digital acquisition programs.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize campaign performance.
Experience working across multiple EMEA markets.
Deep understanding of modern B2B buyer journeys and evolving digital research behaviours.
Experience incorporating dark funnel strategies into demand generation programs.
Knowledge of AI-driven search behaviour, generative AI discovery, answer engines, and the impact of AI on B2B marketing.
Familiarity with intent data platforms and audience intelligence solutions.
Experience managing paid media, SEO, content syndication, ABM, LinkedIn, programmatic advertising, and emerging digital channels.
Understanding of marketing attribution models and their limitations in today’s buying environment.
