Job summary

Deel is seeking a Senior Paid Ads Manager to own paid performance for a specific product vertical. You will work with the Paid team to ensure correct market messaging for each product, primarily on Meta and LinkedIn, with X and YouTube also in scope.

You will partner with PMMs and product teams, turning campaign data into actionable insights. The role requires autonomy, fast execution, and daily use of AI tools to speed up reporting, testing, and optimization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing paid ads campaigns on Meta/Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Experience with X and YouTube ads.
• Data-driven with ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience collaborating with product marketing and product teams.
• Autonomous and fast-paced, with AI tooling for optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own paid performance across product verticals and ensure correct messaging.
• Manage day-to-day campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns tied to product releases and features.
• Turn data into actionable insights for product teams and PMMs.
• Own bidding, budgets, targeting, and creative testing across platforms.
