Job summary

Archer Recruitment seeks a Product Owner for AI in a fully remote, global manufacturing context. You will own high‑value AI agent use cases and drive delivery from concept to adoption.

You’ll embed Responsible AI, guardrails and human oversight into scalable enterprise solutions, building AI-enabled products for operations worldwide.

This high‑visibility role offers remote work flexibility and collaboration with international teams shaping next‑generation Agentic AI.

Qualifications

• Experience owning AI/ML product backlogs in manufacturing or regulated settings.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI/LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering and guardrails.
• Working knowledge of OT/automation and manufacturing digital systems.
• Experience delivering and operating AI solutions, including MLOps/LLMOps patterns.

Responsibilities

• Define and shape high-value AI agent use cases and workflows.
• Prototype and scale cutting-edge Agentic AI capabilities.
• Own the product backlog and drive delivery from concept to adoption.
• Embed Responsible AI, guardrails and human oversight into enterprise-scale solutions.
• Build scalable products transforming operations across a global manufacturing network.
