Job summary

EIDA in Ireland is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and delivery across several product teams. You will translate business priorities into roadmaps, lead agile execution, and collaborate with engineering, design, and internal stakeholders to deliver value and reliability.

The role also involves mentoring junior talent and exploring AI-enabled opportunities. You will drive customer engagement, manage backlogs, and ensure high-quality product outcomes while aligning teams

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of product management experience owning backlog and priorities for multiple teams.
• Hands-on experience with agile practices, ceremonies, and coaching.
• Ability to set strategy and translate it into a well‑sequenced roadmap.
• Confidence leading customer conversations, discovery, and escalations.
• Experience partnering with engineering on delivery planning and release quality.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, backlog, and priorities across multiple teams aligned to business goals and customer value.
• Maintain and defend roadmap and priorities based on customer value and technical feasibility.
• Translate strategy into clearly sequenced epics and initiatives.
• Coach teams on agile practices and improve delivery predictability.
• Lead customer conversations to validate ideas and translate input into backlog items.
• Ensure product quality with QA and engineering alignment and risk management.
