Job summary

Archer Recruitment is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join a brand-new Agentic AI team, building the next generation of scalable AI software at global scale.

You will own projects end-to-end, work closely with product and business stakeholders, and shape the engineering culture while delivering production-grade AI agents and workflows using Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and deploying AI/ML or LLM-powered software in production, ideally at scale.
• Commercial experience building AI models, LLM applications or agentic AI systems.
• Strong coding skills in Python, TypeScript or JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and productionise AI models, agents and agentic workflows.
• Develop scalable AI software using Python, TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Integrate LLMs and AI models with APIs, databases and enterprise systems.
• Contribute to AI architecture, technical design and model strategy.
• Take AI solutions from experimentation to production deployment.
