Job summary

Dwelly is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to build agentic infrastructure powering automation across our residential lettings platform. You will create reusable AI systems that scale with acquisitions and integrate with existing flows in Tenant Find and Property Management.

This fully remote role spans the UK, Ireland, and EU time zones, with emphasis on reliability, observability, and production-grade tooling. You will influence architecture and tooling as an early team member.

Qualifications

Strong software engineering background delivering complex systems.
Hands-on experience building AI/agentic systems in production.
Experience addressing reliability, latency, observability.
Advanced understanding of agents, tools, context, orchestration, evaluation.
Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

Design and build core agentic infrastructure, including memory, context, tool-calling, orchestration, and feedback loops.
Move toward reusable infrastructure to deploy new workflows rapidly with reliability.
Develop evaluation and observability frameworks to measure agent performance.
Architect and implement agentic workflows and tooling in production.
Collaborate with operations and product teams to identify automation opportunities.
Shape architectural patterns for scalable agentic systems.
