Job summary

Archer Recruitment is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join an exciting new AgenticAI/AI Experiences team, building the next generation of intelligent software experiences at global scale.

You'll own design through production, collaborating with product managers and engineers to deliver reliable, scalable AI solutions. This role offers a dynamic, high-growth environment with significant ownership from concept to production.

Qualifications

• AgenticAI experience is essential.
• Commercial experience building and deploying AI agents/Agentic AI systems in production.
• Strong understanding of agentic workflows, orchestration, tool use and multi-step AI tasks.
• Advanced Python, TypeScript or JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy production-grade AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Develop scalable applications using Python, TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Integrate agents with APIs, databases and enterprise platforms.
• Design for reliability, accuracy, latency, testing and observability.
• Contribute to architecture, technical direction and the full software lifecycle.
• Work with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes and CI/CD.
• Mentor engineers and help shape engineering standards.
