Job summary

Kylemore Cars is Ireland’s leading independent used car retailer, seeking a Head of Aftersales & Service Centre to join the senior management team in Dublin. You will lead the Aftersales and Service Centre function with a focus on cost control, quality standards, and customer-first performance.

The role requires proven senior leadership in automotive services, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience within automotive industry.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering commercial outcomes.
• Deep understanding of Aftersales and Service Centre operations and standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with technical and non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver the Aftersales & Service Centre annual plan aligned to high quality standards and customer-first approach.
• Drive operational excellence and performance in Aftersales and Service Centre; manage KPIs such as customer experience, productivity, warranty, and commercial results.
• Lead and motivate all teams within Aftersales and Service Centre to maximize engagement and efficiency.
• Own and develop supply chain and key strategic partnerships to support objectives.
• Maintain cost control and compliance with relevant requirements across the function.
• Ensure timely performance measurement and reporting within the function.
• Collaborate with other senior leaders to align delivery of business goals.
• Escalate significant capacity or performance issues to the COO promptly.
• Seek out and implement changes in the function based on best practices.
