Job summary

Geely Auto UK is establishing a dedicated National Sales Company in Ireland and seeks automotive professionals to build a new national business from the ground up. You will support retailer aftersales performance, customer satisfaction and network development across Ireland, collaborating with warranty, technical, parts and operations teams.

You will play a key role in shaping service quality, operational efficiency and retailer engagement as the brand launches in the Irish market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within automotive aftersales, service operations or retailer support environments.
• Strong understanding of aftersales KPIs, customer satisfaction measurement and operational reporting.
• Experience in automotive OEM, distributor or dealer group environments is advantageous.
• Analytical capability to identify operational trends and improvement opportunities.
• Full driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Support retailer aftersales operations and service performance across the Ireland network.
• Build strong working relationships with retailer service managers, aftersales teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular retailer visits to support performance, service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Assist retailers with operational issues, escalation management and best practice guidance.
• Coordinate with Warranty, Technical, Parts and Operations teams to support performance.
• Support retailer onboarding and readiness during network development and launches.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across the network.
