Job summary

Volkswagen Waterford is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to join our aftersales team. In this Service Advisor role, you'll be the friendly point of contact for customers, helping them feel informed, supported and confident during their service visit.

You'll welcome customers, manage bookings, explain estimates and keep everyone updated with care and professionalism. Previous motor experience is helpful, but a positive attitude and dedication to service are most important.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and listen carefully to their service and repair needs.
• Manage service bookings and help plan appointments with the workshop team.
• Explain recommended work, estimates and timescales clearly, and obtain customer approval before additional work goes ahead.
• Keep customers updated on progress and respond to questions with care and professionalism.
• Work closely with technicians and parts team to keep each visit running smoothly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, prepare job paperwork and explain invoices when vehicles are ready for collection.
• Follow up with customers and help resolve concerns, taking pride in a positive customer experience.
