Audi Kilkenny is seeking a highly motivated Aftersales Administrator to support the busy dealership team and ensure a premium customer experience. You will handle admin tasks, CRM updates and customer communications to keep the aftersales journey smooth and efficient.

We value organised, detail-focused individuals with strong communication skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well both independently and in a team. Training and development within the Audi brand are offered.

Formación

• Experience in admin, customer service or dealership roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with computer systems, CRM platforms and office software.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a busy environment.
• Customer-focused and team-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers to Audi Kilkenny and provide a friendly, professional first point of contact.
• Manage service bookings and coordinate appointments for vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Provide administrative support to the Aftersales Manager and Service team.
• Liaise with customers and the workshop team to assist with daily service operations.
• Prepare and process service documentation, quotations, invoices and customer records.
• Handle incoming calls, emails and customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate customer information and update dealership management and CRM systems.
• Assist with customer updates, follow-up communications and vehicle collection arrangements.
• Ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Contribute to maintaining the high standards of customer service associated with the Audi brand.
