Mercedes-Benz South Dublin is seeking a customer service oriented team member to manage inbound and outbound calls, bookings, and post-delivery follow-ups in a fast-paced dealership setting. The role requires strong administration and IT skills, with experience using Keyloop DMS.

You will liaise with service advisers, maintain CRM records, and contribute to a high level of customer care across sales and service interactions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Motor industry background preferred
• Excellent administration and IT skills
• Experience with the Keyloop DMS
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to book service or repair work
• Understand customer symptoms and define work required
• Check workshop availability using the booking system
• Coordinate with service advisers for job details
• Follow up with customers after delivery to gauge satisfaction
• Capture and update customer details in the DMS and CRM
• Inform customers about product launches and campaigns
• Update CRM with leads and relevant information
• Handle complaints and escalate when needed
• Record service dates and reminders and follow up via calls
