Audi Centre Dublin is seeking a highly organised Vehicle Progression & Digital Marketing Executive to support our busy retail operation. The role combines vehicle administration, stock management, and digital marketing duties within one of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands.

You will work closely with Sales and Management to ensure vehicles move smoothly through the sales process and maintain a strong online presence that showcases our stock and promotes the Audi brand.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Strong IT skills and confidence with digital systems.
• Interest in digital marketing, social media, or online advertising.
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Automotive, administration, or marketing experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle Progression: Manage progression of new and used vehicle orders from purchase to delivery.
• Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure vehicles are prepared and delivered on time.
• Monitor vehicle stock and maintain accurate records within internal systems.
• Track vehicle movements and update stakeholders on delivery timelines.
• Ensure all vehicle documentation is completed accurately.
• Support the Sales team with administration relating to vehicle sales and handovers.
