Sherpa Kids in Ireland offers Before School, After School, and Holiday Club programmes for school-aged children. Roles operate on-site at schools with engaging, structured activities and a focus on safe, inclusive environments.

We require 1+ year experience with children, Garda vetting (handled after interview), and two written references. Hours are Monday to Friday, with two common shift options in the afternoons.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working with School Aged children (Minimum 1 Year).
• Basic knowledge of child development.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).
• At least 2 written references checks are required before starting

Aufgaben

• Supervise children during activities and free play.
• Assist with homework and educational tasks.
• Engage in a variety of planned activities (both indoor and outdoor) with the children each day.
• Lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children.
• Assist with games, crafts, and group activities.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and inclusive environment
