We are looking for a results-driven Affiliate Manager to lead partnership growth and accelerate business expansion across Spanish-speaking and Latin American markets. In this role, you will take ownership of the affiliate strategy, identifying, recruiting, and developing high-value partnerships that generate sustainable revenue. You will build strong relationships with affiliates, acting as a strategic partner to maximize performance and long-term business opportunities. Through data-driven analysis and targeted marketing initiatives, you will optimize key performance indicators and identify new growth opportunities. You will also develop regional strategies, negotiate commercial agreements, and strengthen brand visibility across international markets. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, globally distributed team in a fully remote environment focused on innovation, collaboration, and measurable results.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to accelerate revenue growth and strengthen market presence across Spanish-speaking and LATAM markets.
  • Identify, prospect, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners and revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic affiliate partners, creating tailored account plans and implementing quarterly growth roadmaps.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key affiliates through regular strategic meetings, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), planning sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Act as a trusted strategic partner to affiliates, understanding their business objectives and identifying opportunities for mutual growth.
  • Monitor and optimize partner performance using key metrics such as revenue, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Average Order Value (AOV).
  • Analyze affiliate performance data to identify growth opportunities, address underperformance, and detect potential risks such as fraudulent activity, declining results, or inactive partners.
  • Design and implement revenue acceleration initiatives, including seasonal campaigns, exclusive promotional deals, volume-based commission structures, and cross-selling opportunities across different markets.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms to maximize affiliate performance and profitability.
  • Ensure affiliate activities comply with internal policies, brand guidelines, and relevant marketing standards across all digital channels.
  • Identify emerging market trends, new partnership opportunities, and strategic collaborations within the technology and travel sectors.
  • Continuously evaluate affiliate marketing performance and implement improvements to increase revenue, engagement, and overall partnership effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in affiliate marketing, influencer relations, strategic partnerships, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience building, managing, and developing revenue-generating partnerships across international markets, particularly Spanish-speaking countries and Latin America.
  • Native-level Spanish or professional fluency (C1 minimum), with the ability to lead commercial negotiations and manage strategic relationships in Spanish-speaking markets.
  • Professional fluency in English (C1 minimum) for effective communication and collaboration with international teams.
  • Practical experience using affiliate marketing platforms, particularly Impact.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools, especially Ahrefs, and an understanding of digital acquisition and performance marketing strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from performance data using Excel and Google Analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • A proactive, ambitious, and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and independently drive initiatives.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple partnerships, priorities, and deadlines.
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making, with a focus on achieving measurable commercial outcomes.

Additional advantages:

  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing, performance marketing, or affiliate marketing.
  • Experience managing large-scale performance marketing campaigns across Spanish-speaking and LATAM markets.
  • An established professional network within the technology, travel, or digital marketing industries.
  • Professional proficiency in Portuguese.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote working environment, with the flexibility to work from wherever you feel most productive.
  • Flexible working arrangements that prioritize results and outcomes rather than fixed working hours.
  • Strong focus on work-life balance and employee well-being.
  • Personalized career development paths tailored to individual ambitions and professional goals.
  • Continuous learning opportunities to support professional development and skill enhancement.
  • Opportunity to work with a diverse, international team of professionals across multiple countries.
