Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an experienced Technical Growth Lead based in Ireland to own the developer-led growth funnel—from signup to activation and sales opportunity. You will orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with Sales, RevOps, Engineering, Design, and Leadership, building experiments, demos, and campaigns that measurably move the needle.

You will personally craft growth assets, optimize funnel metrics, and explore AI-native channels, with autonomy to ship frequently and influence

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth, demand gen, or developer marketing for technical products.
• Own signup-to-pipeline or signup-to-revenue metrics for a developer-facing product.
• Explain changes and measurable results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own developer-led growth funnel from signup to sales opportunity.
• Provide a weekly funnel performance view to guide decisions.
• Define high-intent lead criteria with Sales and RevOps; build scoring & routing.
• Ensure timely follow-up for high-intent prospects.
• Develop and maintain public technical content and demos for growth.
• Collaborate with engineers and content teams on growth assets.
• Explore AI-native growth channels and integrations.
• Design experiments to measure new channels and scale successful ones.
• Plan focused growth campaigns with clear audiences and offers.
• Own lifecycle email programs to drive product usage.
• Allocate time/budget to activities with strongest pipeline impact.
• Partner with Sales to translate growth into qualified conversations.
• Establish core growth infrastructure and operating rhythms.
• Deliver measurable early-stage outcomes like dashboards and SLAs.
